Androgynous clothing never looked so figure flattering. New York-based Rinat Brodach’s Spring/Summer 2017 collection featured silky shirt-dresses, cropped trousers and hip-hugging skirts in contrasting shades of light and dark neutrals with pops of olive green. Solid pieces were paired with a variety of striped prints that showcased the body in all the right ways. One look included a gray shirt cut with a plunging neckline and boxy shorts, while others featured cropped tanks paired with high-waisted pencil skirts. Many blouses and bottoms made a statement with twisted fabric designs that created a cinched silhouette. The collection introduced a wardrobe with just the right amount of edginess for the classy dresser. Brodach has attained the perfect balance of effortlessly cool clothing.
