For his Spring/Summer 2017 collection, British designer Alex Mullins offered a playful approach to modern media and the second reality of the Internet. At first, as the models were sent down the runway, this season’s offerings were a lineup of outerwear and baggy silhouettes accessorized with belts and straps; however, splattered throughout several garments were photo graphics and prints depicting an open window. One of nine NEWGEN MEN designers sponsored by Topman to showcase during London Collections: Men, Mullins built, customized and pasted away for a collection filled with strong denim pieces and the youthful spirit that represents the new generation of menswear designers in London.
